- Provides funding at 0% interest and no monthly payments
- Available on purchases up to $450,000
- Borrower must be a Utah resident for at least 12 months before closing
- Cyprus Credit Union is an approved lender by Utah Housing Corporation
Utah Home$tart® Grant
Get up to $5,000 for down payments and closing costs
- May be used for down payment or closing costs
- May be used in conjunction with other grants or credits
- Available to borrowers who have not owned a home in the past three years
- Borrowers must complete a homebuyer training class (may be done online)
